If you receive the product which is not as per specification i.e.

  • Wrong Size
  • Wrong Colour
  • Wrong quantity
  • Defective or Damage or
  • Significantly different from the description given by the Merchant.
We protects you in all such situations & offers a 7 days returns for such products.In some cases, the sale is the final sale, & not accept any return. Such as Healthcare products, Customised Products, products like undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits etc. & perishables like flowers, edible products cannot be returned due to Health & Hygiene reasons.

We Accept items except

InnerwearCosmetics, Deodorants, Perfumes, Perishable items.Socks, Toys any free item received.We also don't accept returns for Gold/Silver items & customized Jewellery.

Conditions for Return

Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.Products/Items should be UNUSED along with the original tags, labels and invoices in the original packing.We advise to pack the return packet strongly and adequately so there is no further damage of goods in transit.


We will process the refund after receipt of the product. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order. Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within seven working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.

Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.

For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favour of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.

Note:- If Shipment is refused/Not accepted by the customer, Shipping Cost will be deducted from the total amount.Free Shipping Products- Rs 50 will be deducted from total amount.Shipping Charged Products - Shipping charges charged will be deducted.

What is the return period of an Item?

Item should be returned/shipped back to us within seven days of receiving the products.

Return Process

How should I pack the product for pick-up?
Make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. On the box, do mention your order number. If your order is approved for pick-up, you will receive the packaging instructions and return address in a separate email from us.

Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back?

If we arrange the pick-up of your product, you don't need to pay anything. If you are using a courier service to send your product back, you need to bear the courier cost. However, we will reimburse you the courier charges upto Rs.75 in the form of Store Credit.

My product has been picked back, how do I know it has reached?

After your order is picked back from your place, with the received tracking details you can track the return package on courier's website. You can track the status of your return request in 'my account' section too.

When will I get the replacement or refund?

We initiate the replacement or refund within two working days of receiving the product back.

It may take up to seven working days for the amount to get credited into your original mode of payment after we have initiated the refund.

The refund/replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received back is not as per your claim.
